Vegetable & Green Lentil Bourguignon with Steamed Broccoli & Cheesy Mash (V) (GF)

This is my vegetarian version of a rich bourguignon without the beef! Packed with root vegetables and lentils and braised slowly in red wine and fresh herbs. Not my prettiest looking dish but packed full of flavour!  This dish is perfect for my cheesy mashed potatoes and fresh steamed broccoli.
