Tuscan Bolognaise Lasagne

After eating a traditional Tuscan Bolognese in Lucca (while in Italy over Christmas) I couldn’t resist asking for the recipe, which my host was happy to share. This is our thanks to him for the best lasagne bolognaise we have ever had.

As with most of our lasagne's we forego the traditional parmesan for the wonderful Anster Cheddar for a Fife twist!
