Smoked Haddock, Spinach & Saffron Pot-au-feu

The star of the show must be the smoked haddock, a Scottish must, we get all our fish from St Monans and it is absolutely delicious.  The dish is rich and creamy with bold flavours, great with a big chunk of bread or some new potatoes and, of course, a big bowl!
