Minced Beef & Doughballs with Mashed Tatties & Peas

A traditional Scottish dinner and one of my favourites this dish is slightly elevated with the addition of red wine and a rich beef stock. Still sticks to its Scottish roots but with a wee bit extra.  Served with home made doughballs, Creamy mashed tatties and garden peas.
