Homemade Meatloaf with Caramelised Onion Gravy

This is my Nana's recipe and it is one of our family favourites, a really great comfort food at this time of year. Made with local beef and puddledub bacon it can be served hot with the caramelised onion beef gravy or cold in a sandwich for lunch (or both!).
