Brussel Sprout and Savoy Gratin with a Sherry Cream

I hold my hands up and say I am not a sprout lover! But! I actually found that with the savoy cabbage I feel I am not being over powered with the sprout. A complimentary dish in flavour the sherry cream adds that real indulgence to the dish.  Very naughty and very tasty.
